Important Points to Note

  • You shall have to carry a valid proof of ID like your passport or the Emirates ID
  • There are shops selling souvenirs and restaurants in the Qasr Al Watan in the Mall Hall Zone
  • You can’t bring food and drinks from outside into the premises
  • You can’t bring pets into the venue. Service animals with valid identification are an exception though
  • There’s valet parking available at the Visitor Center car park. It’s open every day from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM
  • You may take snaps on your mobiles or DSLR cameras but only for non-commercial purposes
  • Luggage with a dimension of more than 500 x 350 shall not be allowed within the premises
  • Please put your mobile phones on silent mode before you enter the palace
  • The Palace on Motion show is held every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:30 PM. The timings may however change depending on the sunset timings. You need to appear at least 30 minutes before the show time
  • If you visit the place on any day that the Palace in Motion show is held, the ticket price shall include admission to the show as well
  • You’ve got the enter the Qasr Al Watan by 5:30 PM 

How Should You Reach There?

From Dubai: The palace is at a distance of around 150 kilometers and you can easily reach there by car or taxi via E11 and Al Shahama- Abu Dhabi Rd. You can also take the Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street E10.

From Abu Dhabi: Turn to the 1st street after you’ve taken the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway. Take the 2nd exit after that and once you’ve turned right, keep driving straight to the destination.

Cancellation Policy

  • You won’t be charged any cancellation fee if you cancel 48 hours before the scheduled departure
  • In case you are given a refund, you’ll have it credited to your account within 7 working days
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of scheduled departure you will be charged a cancellation fee in full
