• Any cancelation made before 48 hours will be 100% refundable. However, we will deduct the transfer charges.
• Canceling the activity after 48 hours will be 100% chargeable.
• The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within seven days (if eligible).
• Poor weather conditions might lead to the cancelation of the activity. However, we won’t put any charges. You will get a refund, or we will reschedule the entire activity.
